Introduction & Nature of Service

Welcome to the AutoGrow app (hereinafter: "the App"), developed, managed, and owned by Almog Guma. Use of the App is subject to your full agreement to the terms detailed below. The App provides a digital platform for managing, tracking, and customizing personal training and nutrition programs.

The App is provided by Almog Guma (אלמוג גומה), an exempt dealer (עוסק פטור), Hadera, Israel. Contact, support and cancellations: contact@joinautogrow.com.

Eligibility (Age Restriction & Account Transfer)

Age Restriction: Use of the App is permitted for individuals aged 14 and over. If you are between the ages of 14 and 17, you represent and warrant that you have obtained verifiable consent from your parent or legal guardian, and we strongly recommend obtaining medical clearance before beginning any training or nutrition program.
No Account Transfer: The subscription and the training/nutrition programs are strictly personal and tailored to a specific user. It is strictly forbidden to transfer, sell, or grant access to the user account to any third party. A breach of this clause may lead to the account being suspended; nothing here limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Law.

Automated & AI-Generated Content

Your training programs, calorie and macronutrient targets, meal suggestions, and progress feedback are produced automatically by software and artificial intelligence, and in most cases are delivered to you without a human professional reviewing them first. They are general information based on standard, published fitness and nutrition formulas applied to the details you provided — they are not a personal medical, dietary, or clinical recommendation, and they are not supervision by a qualified professional.

AutoGrow is not a doctor, dietitian, or physiotherapist. Automated output can be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for you specifically — particularly if you have a medical condition, an injury, are pregnant or postpartum, are recovering from illness, or have a history of an eating disorder. Consult a qualified professional before acting on anything the App produces, and stop immediately and seek medical advice if you experience pain, dizziness, or any concerning symptom.

Accuracy of the details you enter (weight, height, age, health answers) directly determines the output. You are responsible for keeping them correct and for exercising your own judgement about what is safe for you.

The App is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a physician before starting any exercise or nutrition program — especially if you are a minor (aged 14–17), pregnant, or have any pre-existing medical condition or injury.

The exercise database, performance demonstrations, nutrition menus, and explanations of common mistakes in the App are for theoretical information and recommendation purposes only. The App's content is based on professional training and nutrition principles, produced using Almog Guma's professional knowledge and methods, utilizing advanced technological tools for precise, personal adaptation. App management assumes no liability for any physical injury or damage caused to the user as a result of performing the exercises or relying on the menus. The user acts at their own discretion and sole responsibility.

Health Declaration

Answering the health questionnaire in the App, and continuing to use the App, constitute the following declaration:

I hereby declare that I have read and understood all the questions in the health questionnaire in the App, and that all my answers are honest, complete, and accurate.
I am aware that if I answered "Yes" to one or more of the questions, I am obligated to provide a medical clearance from a family doctor or a sports physician confirming that I am fit to engage in physical activity, prior to using the App's training programs.
I understand that the training and nutrition programs are based on AutoGrow's method and professional knowledge and are produced with the help of advanced technological tools. The programs are recommendations only and do not replace professional medical advice.
I commit to updating the App management immediately regarding any change in my health status as detailed in the health questionnaire, and to stop physical activity until receiving an updated medical clearance.
To the extent the law allows, I release AutoGrow, Almog Guma, and the App operators from any liability for physical or health damage caused to me as a result of providing partial or incorrect information in the health questionnaire or in this declaration.

Intellectual Property & Copyrights

All copyrights and intellectual property in the App, including (but not limited to) the training method, content, exercise database, algorithm, graphic design (UI/UX), texts, and videos, belong exclusively to Almog Guma. It is strictly forbidden to copy, duplicate, distribute, or make any commercial use of information from the App without prior written consent.

Purchases, Cancellation & Refunds

Cancelling a purchase. You may cancel a paid plan within 14 days of the purchase or of receiving the transaction document, whichever is later (4 months if you are 65 or older, a person with a disability, or a new immigrant). We then end the plan and refund what you paid, less a proportional amount for the days the service was active, within 14 days, with no cancellation fee.

After that period: a monthly plan ends at the end of the paid month, or at once with a proportional refund, as you choose. Leaving a commitment early repays only the discount received so far, never more than 25%, 20% or 17% of the commitment total (in its first, second or last third) and never more than the payments still due. An upfront plan refunds the unused part less that same capped repayment.

Commitments end on their end date and do not continue unless you agree. Your training programme and menu are free on every tier.

Fair Use of the AI Features

Pro includes up to 30 smart logs a day (of which up to 5 recipe imports) and up to 100 Otto messages a day; the craving match reads up to 10 typed cravings a day, and the support assistant answers up to 20 questions a day (at most 10 an hour), for each person on the plan. A smart log is one request to have a meal analysed by AI (a photo, a description in text or voice, or a recipe link), and it counts whether or not the analysis finds anything. A day is a calendar day in Israel time. At a limit the feature rests until the end of the day (at the hourly limit, until the hour is over); search, barcode and manual entry always keep working, and at the craving and support limits the on-device craving match and the help articles keep working. These numbers change only through an update to these Terms.

The free plan includes three smart logs to try, once per person: a verified email address is needed, only a successful analysis uses one, and the trial also ends after six requests in total. The chat with Otto is part of Pro and is not included in the free plan. An AI feature may occasionally be unavailable for a while (for example, during an outage at a provider); the rest of the App keeps working.

Use of Images and Progress Data for Marketing Purposes

"Before and After" photos, progress data, successes and reviews are used by AutoGrow and Almog Guma for marketing, advertising or inspiration only with your separate, explicit consent, given in writing (including by WhatsApp, email, social networks or a confirmation in the App). Without it, nothing of yours is used for marketing. Any such use shows your face completely blurred and your identifying details hidden, unless your consent expressly covers showing your face and identity. You may withdraw your consent at any time, for any use from then on.

Use of Artificial Intelligence (AI)

The App uses artificial-intelligence and algorithmic tools to assist with features such as estimating the nutritional content of meal photos, generating draft training and nutrition plans, and classifying food swaps. AI-generated output is an estimate and may be inaccurate or incomplete. Your calorie and macro targets and your training programme are calculated by fixed, rule-based formulas; the AI writes text around those numbers and estimates meals. AI output reaches you directly, without a person reviewing each item (a coach you work with may review what you receive). The AI does not answer medical questions; it refers them to a professional. You should always verify AI output and use your own judgment.

User-Generated Content & DMCA Safe Harbor

Certain features let users submit content (e.g., custom foods, recipes, and supermarket finds). You retain ownership of content you submit but grant AutoGrow a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and use it to operate the service. You represent that your content does not infringe any third-party rights. Content you share with the community is checked before it becomes visible to others, content that is reported is reviewed by us, and we may remove any content that breaks these Terms. If you believe content on the App infringes your copyright, send a notice under the U.S. DMCA (or applicable law) to contact@joinautogrow.com; we will remove infringing material and may terminate repeat infringers.

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel; disputes go to the competent courts in Israel, including small-claims courts.
