  "_background_color_note": "The LAUNCH ground, CREAM #ECE3D2 (the light palette's --color-bg and --ag-launch-ground) since D3c, Q-14 (2026-09-29): the owner asked for the cream of the APK everywhere. It was charcoal #17130D from 2026-09-27 (Device QA round 4 item 2) and parchment before that. The web boot overlay is the same cream and dissolves over the page, so a dark session fades into charcoal without a snap. EVERY icon here sits on exactly this cream: the 'any' v7 pair (the pre-Android-12 splash) and the maskable v9 pair (Android 12+ launches a WebAPK through the SYSTEM splash, which draws the MASKABLE icon inside a 160-dp circle, and it is also the home-screen tile). The maskable pair is v9 since D4a, C-1 (2026-09-30): its emblem is 74 % of the image (61.05 dp in Android Chrome, ~85 % of D3c's size), so the wing tips sit at least a dp inside the splash circle (measured: ~6.7 dp inside) and on the 66-dp circle every launcher shape keeps, to within half a pixel of the file (the 192 file measures 33.01 dp), the same width as the APK's launcher emblem (it was 71 % as v8, D3d's A-10); the new names make Chrome re-mint the WebAPK. apple-touch (iOS, v7, in the layout) is on the same cream at the iOS app icon's proportion (scripts/unify-icon-background.js). Keep equal to capacitor.config.ts (tests/unit/pwa/installPrompt.test.ts).",
