Assumptions: 22 minutes per trainee per week — 8 min chasing check-ins and reminders, 10 min drafting plans and feedback, 4 min admin. We will replace these with measured figures as they come in.
Questions coaches ask
Why do you need a business number and a phone?
Because the coach tiers are far cheaper than the personal subscription, and we want them to serve real coaches. Verification is a business number (checksum-validated), a phone confirmed by text, and a coach declaration. The number itself is never stored — only a hashed fingerprint and the last four digits.
What happens after 14 days?
If you haven’t picked a plan, the console goes read-only. Your trainees won’t notice — their app, plans and data stay. New invites and AI drafts pause until you choose a plan, and nothing is deleted.
Whose data is it?
Your trainees’ and yours. You own the roster; we process it for you. Export at any time, and deleting an account really deletes — per Israeli privacy law and the GDPR.
What do my trainees see?
An app with your logo, colour and name — beside the AutoGrow mark. They get Otto, training and nutrition plans, tracking, Before/After and a monthly recap. Every AI draft reaches you for approval before they see it.
What does the AI do, and not do?
It drafts plans, menus and feedback — you approve. It answers trainees 24/7 about what is already in their plan. It gives no medical advice: a medical question is referred to you and a doctor, never answered.
How do I pay?
By card through Stripe, monthly or yearly, cancel any time. AutoGrow Enterprise is a custom quote. For the first 14 days we don’t ask for a card at all.
What is the refund policy?
There are no refunds. AutoGrow for Coaches is a digital product that delivers its value immediately — the AI, the console and your branded app are live from day one — which is exactly what the 14-day free trial is for. You can cancel at any time: the subscription simply does not renew, and access continues to the end of the period you paid for.
